Find your right mentor and get 1:1 guidance

Hello there! I am Sneha Mehta and I have converted top B-schools like IIM Bangalore, Lucknow, Kozhikode, Indore, FMS. I am here to help you guys out with your CAT preparation and GDPI!

I have completed my PGDM-BM from XLRI Jamshedpur and am currently working at Tata Steel as Manager (Sales) – Branded Products and Retail (North). I joined XLRI at 20 as one of the youngest students on campus and it has truly been both a challenging as well as a transformative experience for me. It instilled in me resilience, adaptability, and the capacity to thrive amidst copious amounts of pressure, while also teaching me the importance of humility and learning from peers. Eager to immerse myself fully, I engaged in case competitions and live projects—representing XLRI as a National Finalist in the Tata Imagination Challenge, a Semifinalist in Flipkart Wired, and collaborating with organizations such as Himalaya, Everest Consulting Group, and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. These experiences augmented my analytical and problem-solving acumen, honed my proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, and reinforced the value of creativity and perseverance in navigating complex challenges. Additionally, I possess advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL. Before XLRI, I graduated top of my class in school while balancing leadership responsibilities as a prefect. At Delhi University, I consistently performed well academically, securing Rank 2 in my second year, while also contributing as a member and office bearer across 7+ clubs and committees. Managing these diverse commitments taught me the art of balancing priorities, deepened my interpersonal skills, and nurtured a collaborative mindset. Looking back, each step—school, DU, XLRI, and now Tata Steel—has shaped me into someone who values diligence, curiosity, and the pursuit of excellence. And if there is one principle that has guided me through every hardship, it is captured best in the words I live by: “Fall seven times and stand up eight.”

Prepared for CAT alongside college, coming from a completely different background (Lifescience). I understand the struggles of QA, time management, and balancing prep with academics. Through my mentorship sessions, I aim to help students with practical strategies, consistency, and a realistic approach to CAT prep especially non-engineers and biology students.
